General Conditions for Product Returns:
For a refund to be eligible, all products (including promotional gift products provided free with orders) must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order:
In an unchanged, unused, and entirely undamaged condition, capable of being resold (or in the condition received from us or our agents). Perfumes must be undamaged.
In their original packaging, with all brand labels, product/price tags, and care instructions. Authenticity cards, where provided, must also be returned.

Please be mindful of maintaining the condition of the packaging of any product, as, for instance, a damaged shoe box might hinder resale, affecting the refund amount. Our agents may require an initial inspection of the product to determine the eligibility for a full refund. We reserve the right to track returns and reject requests from customers with high return frequencies. Product Replacement:
We are currently unable to provide a replacement option. Instead, follow the return procedures for all products and place a new order for the alternative products.
Manufacturing Defects:
