We aim to make the website and its associated services available to as many users as possible. However, you must be at least eighteen years old and have the legal ability to: (1) make payments using one of our accepted payment methods; (2) agree to these terms; and (3) place orders on the website. Additionally, orders placed on the United Arab Emirates website should have addresses within the United Arab Emirates only, not outside of it. Please refer to the Delivery section below. The website is for your personal use or for gifting purposes only, and commercial use is not allowed. We reserve the right to reject orders suspected of being for commercial use.

To benefit from the features and services of this website, you can either use the website (or the associated contact center) as a guest or create an account and provide your information. If you are a member of Facebook, you can also log in using your Facebook membership details. You are always responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of any personal or payment information you provide. Please keep your account information and password confidential. Our customer service representatives will never ask for your password. While we are committed to complying with our privacy policy, we are not responsible for any losses incurred by customers due to misuse of that data. Orders
Upon registering any order with us, you are then committed to purchasing the products mentioned in the purchase order and at the price specified, including any delivery fees, taxes, and customs duties if applicable.
Purchase orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold at our discretion for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspicion of fraud, shipping restrictions, and product availability.
The website (or our website’s associated contact center) may display information regarding product availability, and this information can be used to estimate the likelihood of a product being available upon registering a purchase order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that any product listed as available will actually be available immediately, as product stock availability can change significantly throughout the day. In rare cases, a product might be available at the time of registering your purchase order, but by the time the order is processed, the available stock of that product might be completely sold out. If this occurs, you will be notified.
You will be notified by email when we receive your order. However, order confirmation will only occur when you receive an email confirmation from us confirming the dispatch of the product(s) for delivery to you. There is no other party with the authority to confirm the acceptance of a purchase order except us. Once confirmed, the contract is deemed to have been made in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Free Gifts
We hope you enjoy our gifts, which are provided free with your purchases on the ONASS website. Please note that products purchased through the website cannot be returned if the attached gift has been opened or tampered with.
Payment
We currently accept the following payment methods for purchase orders registered on our website: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and the balance available in your personal account on our website. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders with a maximum value of up to AED 50,000. The due amount will be collected at the time of registering your order, and by entering your payment details on our website. By entering your payment details, you confirm that you have permission to use those details. We reserve the right to refuse orders if we believe that the payment process is not authorized, the payment method is invalid, or if you are not authorized to use the payment method.
Prices
Prices on the website are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), excluding any services you may choose to associate with your purchase like delivery charges, taxes, or customs duties, if applicable. Any additional costs of this nature will be shown to you before finalizing your order.
When you make a payment for a purchase order using a payment card in a currency other than the United Arab Emirates Dirhams, the paid amount will be converted to United Arab Emirates Dirhams according to the exchange rate applied by the card issuer at the time of payment processing.
Delivery charges, taxes, and customs duties (if applicable) will be determined based on the delivery destination, the products and services chosen, and the delivery method. Please refer to the Delivery section for more details on delivery options.
Despite our best efforts to ensure the accuracy of the prices displayed on our website and our information sources, errors may occur. If an error occurs and your order:
If it has already been processed, then we may take the following actions at our discretion:
- Cancellation of the Order (or Part of It): We may cancel the order (or part of it) and agree with you on the return of the product(s) that were priced incorrectly. We will arrange for the pickup of the products from the original delivery address within the United Arab Emirates and refund the full amount paid, including delivery fees, taxes, and customs duties (if applicable) related to the original order.
- Acceptance of Incorrectly Priced Product: If the paid price is less than the actual price of the product, we will accept the price mentioned in your order.
- Refund of Price Difference: If the paid price is higher than the actual price of the product, we will refund the price difference to you.
If it has not been processed yet, then we will notify you as soon as possible and will not process the order (or any part of it) until we confirm your agreement to purchase at the correct price. Otherwise, we will cancel the order (or part of it) and fully refund the amount paid to you.
Purchase Vouchers and Discount Programs
Purchase vouchers are only valid according to their terms and until their specified date. They can be used only once, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, reductions, or promotions. Purchase vouchers are specific to the intended recipient and cannot be given to others. The “Inner Circle” discounts are not currently available for orders registered through the website.
Gift Cards and Messages
Gift cards and messages can be added to your orders free of charge by selecting this service on the final order page on our website.
Delivery and Pickup Options
Currently, we deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. The available delivery methods are listed below. However, we are constantly striving to improve our customer experience and may introduce additional delivery or pickup options through our marketing channels. Please check back regularly to see if any additional options have become available.
Returns and Exchanges
Regular Returns:
We will refund the full value of undamaged products that are returned according to the original terms (excluding original delivery fees, taxes, and any customs duties): (1) through the original payment method used for the order if the payment was made with a payment card or PayPal account, or (2) by adding credit to your ONASS account for orders paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) service. Please note that for system-related reasons, registered customers as visitors will need to create a permanent account and register their information on our website for credit to be successfully received on the account. Special conditions apply if the product is returned after receiving the price match service.
Damaged Products / Incorrectly Processed Orders:
If you receive a damaged order or any of the products are different from what you ordered, please agree to return the product to us using the mentioned return process. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will refund you the full amount paid, including the original delivery fees, taxes, and any customs duties (if applicable). Product replacements might be available. Damaged products might also have a warranty against manufacturing defects.

General Return Terms:
In order to be eligible for a refund, all products (including promotional gift products given for free with orders) must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving the order:
- In an unchanged, unused, and entirely undamaged condition, in a condition in which they can be resold (or in the condition they were received from us or our agents). Perfumes must be undamaged.
- In their original packaging/original box/dust protective cover, with all brand labels and product/price tags/instructions for care. Authenticity cards, if provided, must also be returned.
- Accompanied by the original order confirmation.
Please take care to maintain the condition of any product packaging. For example, if the perfume box is not intact, it may prevent resale, meaning that we may not be able to refund the full paid amount. Our agents might request to inspect the product intended for return at the receiving location. However, this preliminary inspection is not intended to harm any rights of the user granted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Product Exchange:
We cannot currently provide an exchange option. Instead, you should follow the return procedure for all products and place a new order for the alternative products.
Manufacturing Defects:
In addition to the 30-day return policy, some products come with a manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.
Cancellation:
You can contact us at any time to cancel or modify the order before it is categorized as “In Process” in our online order tracking system. In doing so, we will either: (1) cancel the order for free and refund the full amount paid, or (2) do our best to modify it, subject to stock availability and any price changes. If the order has been processed, please wait for the order to be delivered and then follow the return steps. The order will be canceled if you choose the Cash on Delivery payment option and do not complete the confirmation process as explained in the order section above.
Product Responsibility:
By placing a purchase order through our website, you acknowledge and agree that full responsibility for the products lies with the manufacturer, and we are not responsible for those products, except as outlined in the return section related to product returns and price refunds (where applicable).
Product Ownership:
Ownership of the products in your order will pass to you on one of the following days: (1) the day you fully paid the price of those products, or (2) the day you received the products. Responsibility for the products passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address specified in the order.
Intellectual Property Rights:
Your use of the website and its contents does not grant you any rights to copyrights, design, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights related to the content (as explained in the Content section below), including our programs or information written in HyperText Markup Language (HTML) or any other code on the website.
