At Jamr Al Oud, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy. However, we provide flexible exchange services to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
NO REFUNDS POLICY
Jamraloud.com does not offer refunds under normal circumstances.
Refunds are strictly limited to cases where a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed after inspection by our team.
EXCHANGE POLICY – CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We proudly offer exchange services at any time, even if the product has been used, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Exchange options may include:

Exchanging for a different item of equal or higher value (price difference may apply)

All exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
A refund or replacement may be approved only if the product is found to have a genuine manufacturing defect.
Supporting evidence may be required, including photos or videos, and the product may need to be returned for inspection.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
