Returns for Online Orders
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for orders placed through jamraloud.com only.
- The product must be unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Opened or used fragrances and personal-care products cannot be returned for hygiene and product-integrity reasons.
Exchanges Within 120 Days
An exchange can be requested at any time within 120 days from the original purchase date.
Our team will assist with the exchange at any Jamr Al Oud branch. Proof of purchase is required, and the exchange is subject to product availability and an assessment of the item.
An exchange does not create a right to a cash refund after the 14-day online return period.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an online order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Client Care within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs so that we can arrange the appropriate resolution.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider.
