• Refund is allowed within 30 days from the receiving date of the order which will be validated with the delivery date.
  • Refund can be offered as a voucher with the same value of the refunded item/s.
  • Item/s should be collected from Customer and validated by Logistics, Warehouse and Quality Team Department to initiate the refund.
  • In Case of Cash/Bank Transfer Refund, Customer Care Personnel will confirm customer details.
  • For any order above 5000 AED with Cash on Delivery as payment method, Customer care personnel will contact the customer with an online payment link to proceed with the payment, as per policy, couriers can’t accept cash more than 5000 AED.
  • If order has not been shipped out yet, refund will be process immediately by JAMR AL OUD Department Team.
  • If order has been shipped out, JAMR AL OUD Team must cancel the shipment from the courier first. Upon confirmation that the shipment is cancelled, JAMR AL OUD Department can proceed on the refund.
  1. Exchange/Replacement
  • General Guidelines:
    • Exchange is allowed within 30 days from the receiving date of the orders.
    • All exchange/replace items should be collected first. For damaged items, it can be replaced immediately but for any quality issue, needs to be validated first by JAMR AL OUD Team.
    • Any exchange in special offer such as “Offer Codes” or any kind of offers, products will be for full price and not be as per the discounted price. Replacement with same product if the item is broken or leaking or has a quality issue.
    • Anything customer purchase for bundle offers or packages – not allowed to exchange inside the bundle/package.
  • Exchange with different amount:
    • Less than the purchased amount
    • The difference will not be refunded but to be credited as a voucher which the customer can use for the next order.
    • More than the purchased amount
      • The difference will paid by the customer (By Payment Link or Cash on Delivery)
    • Exchange or replacement at Retail Stores:
      • Customers can exchange/replace products within our brand retail stores, but should be confirmed by Customer Care team before proceeding with the exchange.
      • Exchange will be allowed only for the same product as per the online order.
      • Exchange/replace will limit only for quality issue and damaged items reason.
        • For any quality issue, Retail shop must validate first the product before proceeding with the exchange.
